Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SDM Academy Skill Mission, we are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences to help you excel in your career. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your enrollment. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the Participant:
    • If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for a future course within 6 months.
  • Cancellation by SDM Academy:
    • In the unlikely event that SDM Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be provided.
    • Alternatively, participants can choose to enrol in a future course or a different program without additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds:
    Full refunds are only available if the cancellation is made 7 days before the course start date, as outlined above.
  • Partial Refunds:
    If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course starts, no refund will be issued. However, participants may opt for rescheduling within a 6-month period.
  • Non-refundable Items:
    • Registration fees and any materials already provided are non-refundable.
    • Courses that have commenced are also non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, we allow participants to reschedule to another session, subject to availability, within 6 months from the original start date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the course begins to avoid any penalties.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the written cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at the time of registration.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for participants who fail to attend the course without prior notice.
  • In cases of emergency or special circumstances, SDM Academy may consider partial refunds or future course credit on a case-by-case basis.
